Onion (100g)
Soy Sauce (30g)
Olive Oil (15g)
Garlic (10g)
Instructions

Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion to the pan, sauté until fragrant.

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Serve immediately.
