Carrot (100g)
Soy Sauce (30g)
Garlic (10g)

Instructions

Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the pan, stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Pour in the soy sauce, stir to coat the vegetables, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
