Carrot (100g)
Soy Sauce (30g)
Garlic (10g)
Olive Oil (15g)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add carrots and broccoli to the pan, stir-frying for about 5 minutes.

Add bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine, cooking for an additional minute.

Serve hot.
