Bell Pepper (50g)

Vegetable Broth (400g)
Olive Oil (15g)

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

Stir in diced carrot and bell pepper, cook for a few minutes.

Add rice and stir until it's well coated with oil.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked.

Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
