Instructions

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped chicken tenders and cook until browned and cooked through.

Stir in chopped carrot, zucchini, and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are just tender.

Add spinach last and cook until wilted.

Season with salt, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to combine.

Serve the stir-fry over the cooked rice. If desired, top with a fried egg.
