Tomato Paste (100g)
Garlic (10g)
Ground Beef (300g)
Onion (100g)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.

Stir in chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, cooking for a few minutes.

Fill each bell pepper with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until peppers are tender.

Serve hot.
