In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
