Ground Beef (500g)
Onion (100g)
Bell Pepper (150g)
Soy Sauce (40g)
Garlic (10g)
Vegetable Oil (20g)
Green Onion (30g)
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through, around 7-10 minutes.

Drain excess fat if necessary; reduce heat to low.

Stir in the soy sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion if desired.
