Soy Sauce (30g)
Garlic (5g)
Ginger (5g)
Vegetable Oil (15g)
Spring Onion (20g)
Instructions

Slice the pork into thin strips.

Peel and julienne the carrot.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the pork to the pan and stir-fry until browned.

Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the carrots and soy sauce, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the carrots are tender.

Garnish with chopped spring onion if desired, and serve hot.
