Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Rub the herb mixture all over the pork, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Place the pork in a roasting pan and cook in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).

Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
