Bread Crumbs (200g)
Egg (2g)
Flour (100g)

Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.

In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.

Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with bread crumbs.

Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken nuggets from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
