Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, oat flour, and grated carrot.

Mix until well combined. You can add a pinch of salt or any sweetener if desired.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork or your fingers.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
