Rice (300g)
Tomato Paste (70g)
Onion (100g)
Vegetable Oil (50g)
Bell Pepper (50g)
Garlic (5g)
Ginger (5g)
Chicken Stock (500g)
Salt (5g)
Black Pepper (2g)
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and sauté until soft and translucent.

Stir in the tomato paste, blended bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Cook for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Add the rice and stir well to coat the grains with the tomato mixture.

Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
