    In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

    In another bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add the mashed bananas and cinnamon to the butter mixture and mix well.

    Gradually add the self raising flour to the mixture and stir until just combined.

    Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
