Rigatoni (250g)
Olive Oil (30g)
Garlic (5g)
Basil (10g)

Instructions

Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken breast to the pan, season with salt, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Mix in cooked rigatoni and fresh basil. Stir well to combine.

Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
