Instructions

Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.

While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breast until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

In the same pan, add the cooked rigatoni to the remaining oil and toss to combine.

Add the sliced chicken on top of the rigatoni and serve hot.
