Sunflower Oil (60g)
Coconut Flour (30g)
Carrot (75g)
Salt (2g)
Almond Milk (60g)
Baking Powder (10g)
Banana (120g)
Honey (90g)
Apple (40g)
Allspice (1g)
Cinnamon (1g)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, allspice, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, mash the banana and mix it with honey, sunflower oil, almond milk, and grated carrot.

Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Fold in chopped apple.

Spoon the batter into a lined muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before serving.
