Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to break down.

Pour in the beer and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce, mixing well.

Serve hot with additional basil on top if desired.
